Archery Packs of Idaho will not be responsible for typographical or other errors or omissions regarding prices or other information.
Cancel orders: You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Call during our business hour to cancel your order. If your account has already been charged, you will receive a credit back to your account within approximately 1-2 business days. Please never request cancel order via e-mail as we may not receive it in time.
All void or change order requests must be done by calling 208-377-9983. Due to the limitations of e-mail, all e-mail requests for void or change to your order will not be processed.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES Archery Packs of Idaho MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. Archery Packs of Idaho SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between Archery Packs of Idaho and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
