At Archery Packs of Idaho, we would like to help you resolve any purchase problems quickly and as easily as possible. You may make a return, provided you meet the terms and conditions listed below. Please note that not all items are covered by our return policy. Before you make your purchase read the complete return policy information.

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Archery-Packs.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping costs. Archery-Packs.com will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Item(s) should be returned in the original product packaging with a copy of the original invoice.
- Archery-Packs.com is to be notified by e-mail (sales@archery-packs.com) within 15 days of delivery of product for a request to return an unopened order.
- Archery-Packs.com is to be notified by e-mail (sales@archery-packs.com) within 24 hours of delivery of the product for a request to return a defective order.
- An unopened or defective order must be shipped back to Archery-Packs.com and received no later than 30 days from date of delivery.
- All return items are to be shipped by FedEx or UPS with a tracking number. Tracking number is to be sent by e-mail to sales@archery-packs.com within 3 days of shipping product.
- No COD returns will be accepted. COD returns will be refused and returned to the owner.
If returned item(s) is received more than 30 days from date of sale, the following shall apply:
- Any unopened product in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be refused and returned to owner.

Refund method
Your refund will generally be in the same form as the original purchase. However, when the item was
purchased with cash, debit or a check in an amount greater than $250, the refund will be in the form of
a check mailed within 20 business days of the return.
Shipping Options Tip: Customer pays return shipping on all products. Original shipping is a service already paid to UPS and used; therefore, it will not be refunded under any condition.
Expect your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner).

Archery-Packs.com reserves the right to deny any return.
RETURN AT CUSTOMER DISCRETION
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without an RMA will incur a 35% restock fee. An RMA must be requested within 15 days of the original invoice date for non-defective product. Thereafter, all sales are final. All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and have all accessories, blank warranty cards and owners manuals. The restock fee is not a penalty. It is a costly process to prepare item(s)for resale and to restock product(s). Shipping charges are non-refundable. When returning product(s), use a carrier that has tracking capabilities. The customer assumes responsibility for insuring the return shipment and filing the claim for lost or damaged returns.
DAMAGE IN SHIPPING
The customer is responsible for inspecting the order for damages or missing items and reporting it by e-mail within 24 hours. Reports after that time will not be honored. Product(s) damaged in shipment will be replaced at no additional charge or credited to the credit card of original charge. The product(s) must be kept in its original shipping packaging for ten business days or until the shipper makes inspection. Credit will be issued for the exact number of product(s) damaged in shipment. Shipments not delivered by the delivery company will be reshipped at no additional charge.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Products are sold with their respective manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product. Not all products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty.
SHIPPING AND WEBSITE ERRORS
Should the customer receive product not expressly ordered either by our shipping error or incorrect web site information, the product will be picked up by our shipper and replacements shipped at no additional charge.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, Archery Packs of Idaho's MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. Archery Packs of Idaho SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between Archery Packs of Idaho and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
